SUMMER DAY IN MOSCOW

When we arrived to Moscow looking for a flat in October we happened to be in town during the ' clock change' weekend. I was a bit confused as I noticed during breakfast that they didn't change the time in the resturant. Didn't want to risk missing a taxi (its extremely difficult to find it here, have to preorder it hours ahead), so checked on the web-some countries do it week or day latter (I acctualy have a funny story about this a few years back in Turkey). And guess what I found out? From this year Prime Minister Medvedev decided to just leave the daylight savings time practice. I was sooo jelous, I hate daylight-savings-thing whole my life, and nobody ever bothered to ask me J. But he just woke up one day, and bang-no more clock changing in Russia. I am getting to the point – if I am person that can make this kind of decisions, I would change the name of the season, to 'ultimate winter' (from october to may, yes, may) and 'the other one'. This my outfit for 'the other one' day known here as a summer day (and yes, what you see is a coat:).
